What is work/life balance coaching?
The role of a coach really is to act as a catalyst to effect change within others.
The outside world will definitely continue to change every day – climate change; technological change; societal change and attitudinal change.
It is how we adapt our inner world that shapes our individual destinies.
The coach, however, can only effect change if the person being coached is ready and willing to think and act differently.

There can be a big difference between living the life you truly want and merely surviving to exist. Survival is instinctive, being happy is a choice.

So some of the key questions to ask yourself are:
- “Are you truly happy with your life?”
- “Are you the person you want to be?”
- “Are you doing the things you want to do?
- “Do you have the things you want? (Either material or in terms of relationships with the people who are important to you)
- Why do some other people seem to achieve the things that you desire, yet you cannot?
- What is holding you back from fulfilling your destiny?
- What are your definitions of ‘happiness’ and ‘success’?
As a coach, I can help you look at things from different angles and help you formulate goals, along with plans to help achieve them.
I know from personal experience what it can be like to juggle busy businesses with helping to raise a family; setting life goals for all aspects of my life; achieving business goals and achieving personal goals in every area from activities, to sports, to gaining skills, to travel.
I have also helped many other people with many other challenges, particularly in the context of balancing work goals with personal goals.
In fact I have developed my own unique system to help people think strategically about the changes they need to make and how they will implement them to effect significant change in their business results and to enhance their lives outside of work. I call it ‘The Inman System’.

“From the moment I met Tony in 2000, I had met a true friend, a mentor and a genuine person who has a real interest in bringing people, and ideas together. He is a man who lives, and enjoys life, and is always willing to share this knowledge and success with others. He has an amazing ability to see the answers to other’s life/business situations, from his own vast experiences and professional networks. I thoroughly endorse Tony Innman as a Business & Lifestyle Consultant, a Mentor and a friend.”

“Paul and I had been talking for some time about taking time off and doing more travelling while we’re still young and fit enough to do it. I read Tony’s book on the train on the way to work in the mornings and that was just the push I needed to convince me that we should take that leap and do it. Since then we’ve travelled through South America, the States and on up to Canada to have Christmas with our daughter. We have a lot of new ideas about what to do next – loving it!”

You gave me so much confidence that I could do it and get through it.
I felt like I was walking taller.
Knowing that you were there and I could call you when I needed help – it was like having an angel on my shoulder.”
